VLCD day 1.
I had a very busy weekend so even though I didn’t log it.. I did finally start the injections and loading for the CrazyStupidDiet. After two days of loading (again) it’s confirmed, I’m good at loading. I’ll just hope that I’m as good at this next part of the diet as well.
6am I took my weight, took a shower and then did my injection at 6:30. At about 7:30 I started feeling a bit giddy. It was mostly gone by 10.
Not eating breakfast may just kill me. I did drink a bottle of water before leaving the house.. and with the 2 hour bus ride I really had to pee by the time I got to the office. I like having the water in the morning.. but I dislike feeling like I’m going to explode if I don’t get to work soon. I’ll need to work on this.
Early in the morning (9:30ish) I had vague hunger signals where my body informed me I’d forgotten to eat breakfast. I had some Good Earth tea and the hunger went away until about 11:30. Starting at about 11:30 I was hawk-eyeing the clock waiting for noon to roll around. I decided even without eating breakfast I was going to hold off on lunch until at least noon. I barely made it.
Lunch was 3.5 oz of steak, some spinach and 1/3 of my grassini bread stick. The bread stick is much tastier than I expected. I’m going to hold off on the other 2/3 of the grassini and my apple until second lunch 🙂 which happens at 3:30. For the last year or so I’ve had an afternoon snack at about 3:30 and I want to disrupt my eating cycles as little as possible.. so I’ll hold back some lunch food for second lunch.
The plan for dinner is grilled chicken, asparagus, strawberries and a bread stick.
No headache at this time. Even though I’m not starving I am definitely food focused. Time will tell.

21 days Stabilization(no starch, no sugar, stay +/- 2 lbs) 7/1-7/21
This will mean that I’m in stabilization during West An Tir war.. but I’ll be free-and-clear for Pennsic.
