VLCD day 3.<\/p>\n

My headache which started at about 2pm yesterday was mostly gone after my nap on the bus on the way home. Also I popped out my contacts as soon as I got home.. and that may have contributed to the issue.<\/p>\n

The chard last night was tasty if a bit salty. The fish was kind of meh. Poached white fish.. I should have had it with some mustard. That’s the plan for lunch today.<\/p>\n

This morning at 8:30 am I took my weight, took a shower. At about 9:15 I remembered to do my injection. I need to get more dependable with those.<\/p>\n

At about 11 I started to get hungry.. but was ok to hold off on lunch until noon.<\/p>\n

Overall I’m not hungry.. really aside from the lack of breakfast. Yeah.. that just might kill me.<\/p>\n

It turns out the chard is just plain salty. I cooked it for lunch and used no salt.. and it’s still almost too salty. Also, the white fish with mustard was kind of nummy.. must invest in more mustards.<\/p>\n
