So I’m not going to do it. (Fearghus did inform me that my credentials as a health worker are lacking.. and maybe the doctor who came up with the protocol knows what he was talking about.. but meh.. Today is my Birthday. I’m telling myself it’s just another number. It just happens to be a “significant decade” number. Whatever. 40 is like 30 only with more experience.<\/p>\n
It’s just now noon.. and I’m hungry.. but I don’t know if I’d say I’m hungrier than I was at this time yesterday. Meh. I just feel hungry.<\/p>\n
Today and two more days of VLCD and then a birthday dinner. I can handle it.<\/p>\n
