Then I was just never hungry until dinner time. For dinner we went out for my Birthday dinner. I was terribly naughty. I had a bite of the garlic bread (F said it was fantastic and I had to try it), a BBQd oyster and 3-4 “Crab-tots” for appetizer. Then I had a rib-eye steak with mustard sauce and cooked spinach on the side for dinner. I also had two bites of F’s mashed potatoes. For dessert we split a scoop of vanilla ice cream (the restaurant gave it to me for my birthday) and a Creme Brulee. With that I also had a terribly alcoholic coffee drink.

It was fantastic and totally worth it.

R1P3D2 Sunday
Weight: 285.3 (Change from day before: +1.6)
I knew I was going to have a gain on Sunday. I still think it was totally worth it. For breakfast I had a coffee with creamer (I was busy sewing and never got around to making breakfast). At noon we went out to Five Guys for lunch. I got a double burger with bacon, carmelized onions, mushrooms and no bun. It was very greasy. I don’t think I’ll do that again. For dinner I made a fritatta with bacon, sausage, spinach, pepper jack cheese and eggs. It was very yummy.

R1P3D3 Monday (Today)
Weight 285.3 (Change from day before: 0.0)
I’m pleased to see the same number today as yesterday. I guess I keep thinking that now that I’m eating “normal” meals my body’s going to make grabby hands at all the calories. Add to that, tomorrow we’re heading out of town for the rest of the week. I’m taking my scale with me.. but I may not be able to record values until I get back. Meh.

B: Leftover Frittatta, Coffee+creamer
L: 1/2 leftover steak from Saturday
L2: 1/2 leftover steak from Saturday, carrots, apple
D: dunno… probably something with chicken

Last Injection Weight (LIW): 287.0 Today’s Weight: 285.3 Today’s change: -0.0 Net change: -1.7 “No Starch, No Sugar” Day 3.
