We&#8217;ll see how this goes.  Unfortunately he decided to start on Monday using injections from Jeff and Patti.. but our mixing vials didn&#8217;t show up until Wednesday so I didn&#8217;t get to start until Thursday.  That means I&#8217;m going to be loading for the next two days which are really his first two days on the VLCD.  Not exactly the start I would have chosen.<\/p>\n<p>This time we&#8217;re doing the shots at night ~8pm.  On the plus side I didn&#8217;t feel giddy or have a headache on my first day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What I ate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Breakfast: 2 Strawberries, Peanutbutter and syrup on 2 pieces of toast.  Coffee with sugar.<br \/>\nLunch: 4 ribs, glass of milk, handful of chocolate chips<br \/>\nDinner: Chicken and onion soup with rice, rice with butter and sugar<br \/>\nSnack: peanutbutter &amp; chocolate ice cream<\/p>\n<p>Water count: 24 oz \ud83d\ude41 need to up my water game<\/p>\n<p><!-- Before Photos below the cut.--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today&#8217;s Weight: 297.6 Loading Day 1.
