Right after my injection last night I had a metallic taste in my mouth. Also I was giddy last night after my injection. It made it hard to go to bed and then hard to fall asleep. Nothing this morning though. No giddiness, no headache. I may try to push to make sure I get my injection earlier in the evening just to make sure the giddiness has subsided by the time I try to go to bed.<\/p>\n
This morning I fed Erik breakfast and wasn’t tempted. I stuck to my coffee with sweet and low. I started to get hungry at about 11 but hung in there until noon when I had an apple. I may just move my lunch fruit into breakfast so that I’m not so hungry at the middle of the day.<\/p>\n
I didn’t have any protein ready to go for lunch and just never quite got around to making it. This was rough. By 4pm I was starving. We went down to Folsom lake and drove around and I would have happily killed someone for anything they were grilling. On the way home from the Lake we stopped at Jeff and Patti’s house and picked up som Shiratake noodles they’d bought for us at KP International Market.<\/p>\n
While cooking dinner I was picking a pieces of chicken. After dinner I was ok. I had my fruit, an apple, at about 9:30pm.<\/p>\n
