Last night I didn’t feel giddy, no headache, no metallic taste. This is a win. I meant to take my injection earlier but it slipped my mind. <\/p>\n
Seeing a 2 lb drop today was kind of rewarding after yesterday’s hungry day. I’m not kidding.. I was grumpy and hungry most of the day. I need to be more careful about having food on hand.<\/p>\n
This morning I fed Erik breakfast and wasn’t tempted. I had coffee with sweet and low and at about 10 am I ate my apple. After Erik went down for his nap we ate lunch and then I went grocery shopping. Even though I was surrounded by food I was not tempted.<\/p>\n
For dinner I made a variation on my standard chilli. It was freaking fabulous. I don’t think that’s just because I’m dieting. I will be updating my recipe with these alterations.<\/p>\n
I decided to up my dosage tonight from 150iu to 160iu. I’ve been told I shouldn’t feel hungry so I’m going to try a larger does to see if that clears up the hunger that’s hitting me at 10am.<\/p>\n
