Less gummy.  I think these could even be good in spaghetti.<\/p>\n<p>Plans for future meals:<br \/>\n &#8211; Thai spring rolls with shrimp<br \/>\n &#8211; English onion soup (no bread, no cheese)<br \/>\n &#8211; BBQ chicken (a href=&#8221;http:\/\/www.hcgplan.net\/recipes\/bbq-sauce.html&#8221;&gt;Sauce<\/a>)<br \/>\n &#8211; cajun cod baked in a paper package with lemon, celery\/asparagus and capers.<\/p>\n<p>Post diet plan:<br \/>\n &#8211; Maintain smaller portion sizes.<br \/>\n &#8211; Eat breakfast. I think our standard breakfast (egg, toast\/tortilla) is fine.<br \/>\n &#8211; Make dinners in specific portion sizes.  Immediately package up extra portions and put them away.<br \/>\n &#8211; Focus on meals that have a bulk of veggies to fill out from the meat portion.<br \/>\n &#8211; Keep drinking lots of water.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What I ate:<\/strong><br \/>\nBreakfast: coffee with sweet and low, 3 bites of soft boiled egg on toast<br \/>\nLunch: Cajun cod with lemon in parchment, wilted spinach, a bite of peanutbutter<br \/>\nSnack: a couple swallows of milk, apple<br \/>\nDinner: Chicken, onions, cherry tomatoes and soy shiratake Indian style (1\/2 tsp curry, turmeric, paprika and a sprinkle of garlic salt)<br \/>\nSnack: <\/p>\n<p>Water count: 66oz<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Starting weight: 297.6 Today\u2019s Weight: 276.2 Today\u2019s change: -0- Net change: -21.4 VLC day 31.
