A lot better than expected.<\/p>\n<p>Plans for future meals:<br \/>\n &#8211; Thai spring rolls with shrimp<br \/>\n &#8211; English onion soup (no bread, no cheese)<br \/>\n &#8211; BBQ chicken (a href=&#8221;http:\/\/www.hcgplan.net\/recipes\/bbq-sauce.html&#8221;&gt;Sauce<\/a>)<br \/>\n &#8211; cajun cod baked in a paper package with lemon, celery\/asparagus and capers.<\/p>\n<p>Post diet plan:<br \/>\n &#8211; Maintain smaller portion sizes.<br \/>\n &#8211; Eat breakfast. I think our standard breakfast (egg, toast\/tortilla) is fine.<br \/>\n &#8211; Make dinners in specific portion sizes.
