Everyone left by about 1pm as the evacuation order was lifted for Yuba City.<br \/>\nI ended up going to bed at 10pm because I was browning out from being so tired.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Feb 14 Tuesday<\/strong><br \/>\n314.8<br \/>\nAlarm went off but I decided that sleeping was a better option.  Not necessarily lame.. but necessary.<\/p>\n<p>Steak, salad, super loaded potato<\/p>\n<p><strong>Feb 15 Wednesday<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/100 up at 7:10.  Walked on the treadmill.<\/p>\n<p>Breakfast burrito (potato, egg, cheese, tortilla).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Feb 16 Thursday<\/strong><br \/>\n2\/100 walked on the treadmill.<\/p>\n<p>RPG tonight.  We started on Rise of the Runelords.<br \/>\n2 soft boiled eggs on toast, PB&amp;J, apple, beef and barley stew, homemade bread, salted caramel gelato.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Feb 17 Friday<\/strong><br \/>\n3\/100 on treadmill in the AM.<\/p>\n<p>2 fried eggs on buttered toast, coffee<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Feb 13 Monday Alarm went off but we had 9 extra people in the house and my son was being extra loud so instead of walking on the treadmill I got up with my son and made breakfast for a house full of people.
