I really think this is bad for you.  Too much cheese and carbs.. but tasty.<\/p>\n<p>Possibly good with oregano and parsley added to the meat sauce and cheese layer.  Still good without.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h2>Lasagna<\/h2>\n<p>Original from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eatcleanlivegreen.com\/2010\/03\/healthy-lasagna\/\" class=\"broken_link\">Eat Clean Live Green<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients<\/b><br \/>\nno-bake lasagna noodles<br \/>\n1 pound ground beef (preferably organic or grass-fed)<br \/>\n3 cans chopped tomatoes<br \/>\n2 cups low-fat ricotta cheese<br \/>\n1 egg (preferably organic)<br \/>\n2 cups part-skim mozzarella, shredded<\/p>\n<p><b>Directions<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Brown ground beef in a large skillet.<br \/>\nOnce browned, add tomato sauce. Combine and bring to a simmer. Taste and add salt as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile, combine ricotta cheese and egg.<\/li>\n<li>Spray a 9\u00d713\u2033 pan with non-stick cooking spray. <\/li>\n<li>Cover the pan with approximately 1 cup of tomato\/meat sauce, and cover with noodles.<\/li>\n<li>Layer noodles with 1 scoop of the cheese mixture. <\/li>\n<li>Cover again with 1 -2 cups of tomato\/meat sauce, noodles and 1 scoop cheese mixture. <\/li>\n<li> repeat layers noodles, cheese mixture, tomatoe sauce until you run out of one of them.   End with a layer of noodles.\n<li>Cover again with tomato sauce and top with 2 cups part-skim mozzarella.<\/li>\n<li>Place lasagna on a baking sheet. Cover with foil (make sure the foil doesn&#8217;t touch the cheese topping) and bake at 350* for 45 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
