We were camping and busy working and it was hard to make time to make the right foods.  Also there were a lot of temptations around (brownies, alcohol, pork ribs) and I gave in to them when I shouldn&#8217;t have.  So instead of being down 4 lbs (like I was on Friday) I&#8217;m only down 1.2 lbs.  Regardless, progress is still progress.<\/p>\n<p>Next time I need to come up with clean cold choices.  Or choices that will cook very very quickly.  When we&#8217;re both working we just don&#8217;t have time to cook properly.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n<b>Breakfasts:<\/b><br \/>\nT:  Hard boiled egg, 1 pieces of Healthnut bread, fresh nectarine, Good Earth Chai Tea<br \/>\nW:  Hard boiled egg, 1 pieces of Healthnut bread, fresh pear, Good Earth Chai Tea<br \/>\nTh:  Hard boiled egg, 1 pieces of Healthnut bread, fresh pear, Bigelow Cherry Vanilla Tea<br \/>\nF: Soft boiled egg on healthnut bread, 1 tsp butter, fresh peach<br \/>\nS: Scrambled eggs with zucchini, grapes, fresh peach<br \/>\nS:<br \/>\nM: Wheat pancakes, scrambled eggs, grapes, apple slices, banana slices, turkey bacon<\/p>\n<p><b>Lunches:<\/b><br \/>\nT: Wheat shell pasta with pesto, chicken, zucchini and onions<br \/>\nW: Wheat shell pasta with pesto, chicken, zucchini and onions<br \/>\nTh: 2 slices Healthnut bread, honey mustard, spinach, beef bits (from last weeks roast beef), tomato, mozzerella cheese. (it was good, but too big.
