I need to get that in check. Even before the weekend (which was rife with bad eating) I was already eating too much purchased food. I’m pleased that overall I only gained .8 lbs.. but I should be doing better.

On the plus side, this week I was able to button my coat all the way down without putting strain on the buttons. Also this week I started pants that are 2 sizes smaller than I was wearing when I started. They’re a smidge tight but not oppressively so.

Breakfasts:
T: 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 1 Tbsp crushed flax seed, 1/4 cup grapenuts, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, Twinings Darjeeling tea
W: 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 1 Tbsp crushed flax seed, 1/4 cup grapenuts, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, Bigelow Green tea
Th: 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 1 Tbsp crushed flax seed, 1/4 cup grapenuts, 1/4 cup dried cranberries,
F: 2 soft boiled eggs on toast with butter (too much bread)
S: McDonalds Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit and small frappe mocha (bad bad bad)
S: None
M: 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 1 Tbsp crushed flax seed, 1/4 cup grapenuts, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, Bigelow Green tea

Lunches:
T: 1/2 AB chicken breast and 1 sliced orange bell pepper
W: None
Th: 1 piece of pesto with potato and garlic pizza and small salad with mozzarella cheese
F: Wendy’s Grilled chicken sandwich and iced tea
S: 1/2 the pub sandwich
S: 1/4 the pub sandwich
M: Pasta with pesto and smoked salmon

Afternoon Snacks:
T: 2 prunes
W: 1/2 AB chicken breast with honey and 1/4 cup ricotta with honey and dried cranberries (I didn’t get to eat lunch until late and I combined lunch and snack)
Th: None
F: None
S: None
S: None
M: None

Dinners:
T: Three bean chilli
W: Chicken N Dumplings
Th: 6″ Subway turkey sub with honey mustard and spinach and olives (I had too much to do to cook dinner so F grabbed subway)
F: Applebee’s 2 wonton chicken tacos and 1/2 nacho chips (I ate way to much and shouldn’t have)
S: Cheese and wheat thins (bad bad bad)
S: Pasta and veggies with pesto and smoked salmon
M: None (wasn’t hungry)

This week I: – Gained 0.8 lbs.
