I think I’ll email her next week. Teh Intarwebz says that heel spurs can be made to hurt less by doing the Plantars Faciitus stretches the Doctor has already prescribed. AND that if there’s surgery it should not occur until at least a year of stretching has been done. 🙁 I’m not looking forward to a year of foot pain.

On the plus side, that and the interpretation of the heel spurs, HDL and ACT blood tests all agree that they will be made better by losing weight. Hooray for healthy lifestyle choices.

This last week my ass was dragging and I gave into the urge to drink work machine coffee for breakfast. I think I need to throttle that urge down and go back to drinking tea. I also realized that at some point I started using the full 1/2 cup of dried fruit on my breakfast instead of the 1/4 cup I’ve been claiming. I have gotten this back in check and I’ll be going back to 1/4 cup servings.

We ended up day-tripping Coronet this weekend and although I ate more than I should have (and a couple pieces of Halloween candy) I didn’t OD. So.. overall, good week.

Breakfasts:
T: 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1/4 cup grapenuts, Work coffee machine coffee, multi-vitamin, 1 Tbsp fish oil
W: 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup dried blueberries, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1/4 cup grapenuts, Work coffee machine coffee, multi-vitamin, 1 Tbsp fish oil
Th: 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup dried blueberries, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1/4 cup grapenuts, Work coffee machine coffee, multi-vitamin, 1 Tbsp fish oil
F: 2 soft boiled eggs on toast
S: McDonalds Frappe Mocha and bacon egg and cheese biscuit
S: None
M: 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1/4 cup grapenuts, Work coffee machine coffee, multi-vitamin, 1 Tbsp fish oil

Lunches:
T: Rice pilaf with carrots and lamb (Ilana’s Father brought it in for her birthday)
W: 1/2 stuffed bell pepper
Th: 1/2 stuffed bell pepper
F: Applebee’s 1/2 Ruben sandwich and french onion soup
S: 1/2 The Pub sandwich
S: 1/2 The Pub sandwich
M: 1/2 cup Lentil soup

Afternoon Snacks:
T: 1/4 cup dried cranberries
W: none
Th: none
F: none
S: None
S: chicken and rice and noodles (very little)
M: None

Dinners:
T: 1 Stuffed Bell pepper
W: Honey mustard chicken breast with corn
Th: Pork Chops with brocolli and onions and cheese
F: Hearty Rice and Lentil Soup
S: 1/2 cup Rice and Lentil Soup
S: 1/2 cup Rice and Lentil Soup
M: Chicken Tikka Masala and pickled cucumber salad

This week I: – Lost 4.4 lbs.
