I feel like I lost track of meals a bit.. and ODd on pizza on Sunday.. but other than that it was a good week.

I’ve started doing Ab Divas. I’m on 6/50 today. I’ve also decided that I’m a puss and have just sucked it up. My office is on the 5th floor and it’s just plain laziness that I haven’t been walking up to my office. So no more. Yesterday I walked to my office. In the end my heart was racing and I was breathing heavy.. but I’m sure that will get better the more I do it.

I really want to get a treadmill for Christmas. I think if I can clear a place for it (by consolidating my sewing room) I might be able to convince Fearghus to agree with me. We’ll see.

There is a lot of financial and house stress currently. Nothing really new at the moment.. but it continues to be a stressor.

Breakfasts:
T: 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1/4 cup grapenuts, Bigelow Earl Grey Tea, multi-vitamin, 1 Tbsp fish oil
W: 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1/4 cup grapenuts, Darjeeling Tea, multi-vitamin, 1 Tbsp fish oil
Th: 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1/4 cup grapenuts, Darjeeling Tea, multi-vitamin, 1 Tbsp fish oil
F: 2 soft boiled eggs on toast
S: 2 soft boiled eggs on toast
S: iHop Cinna-stack french toast with english muffin, egg, ham sandwich (should have skipped the cinna-stack, the muffin sandwich was better)(too much sugar)
M: 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1/4 cup grapenuts, Darjeeling Tea, multi-vitamin, 1 Tbsp fish oil

Lunches:
T: 1/2 cup Lentil soup
W: 1/2 cup Lentil soup
Th: 1 pork chop and 1/4 cup dried cranberries
F: None (late breakfast, early dinner)
S: Tomato soup
S: 3 pieces garlic bread and 2 pieces of pepperoni/mushroom/black olive pizza
M: Tuna Tower (spicy raw tuna with mango chutney)(yum!)(but.. ate too much)

Afternoon Snacks:
T: 1/2 cup Quick pickled cucumbers
W: 1/2 cup Quick pickled cucumbers
Th: None
F: None
S: Pickled cucumber salad
S: None
M: None

Dinners:
T: Gigli with tomato sauce and hamburger and wheat bread with butter
W: 4 slices of Pizza hut Pizza
Th: Left over Gigli
F: Tomato soup and grilled cheese
S: 1 AB chicken breast
S: Chicken sandwich with cheese and mayo
M: Chicken and Dumplings

This week I: – Lost 2 lbs.
