I also spent the whole weekend in my “skinny jeans”.

In the bad news.. I’m sad to note that my “skinny jeans” are a size 24. I hope to shrink out of those shortly. I guess I can’t be too sad.. I mean really size 24 is a huge stride in the right direction. Ok ok, I’m pleased as punch to be down to that size.. I guess I’m just rueful that my current “skinny” size is bigger than most people will ever wear.

I didn’t go NUTS at the 3B BBQ but I did over eat. Also on the drive home on Sunday night I ate too much when we stopped at Chili’s. On the plus side, fresh sliced apples were a great addition to the food offereings on Saturday night on for Sunday morning breakfast. I did make an effort to focus on the apple slices instead of other less healthy offerings.

I’ve been feeling kind of sickly all week. I think I got food poisoning on Tuesday and have had an upset stomach and diarrhea all week. I’ll be pleased to see that gone.

Christmas is coming early. F and I decided to pick up a Kinect for our XBox. I’m interested to play with it.

Breakfasts:
T: 1 egg over medium, 2 slices bacon, 2 english muffin, Earl Grey Tea with sugar
W: 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/4 cup grapenuts, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 Tbsp fish oil, 1 multi-vitamin, 16 oz Earl Grey Tea
Th: 2 soft boiled eggs on whole wheat toast.
F: 2 soft boiled eggs on whole wheat toast.
S: None
S: Scrambled egg and cheese on tortilla
M: 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup dried blueberries, 1/4 cup grapenuts, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 Tbsp fish oil, 1 multi-vitamin, 16 oz Earl Grey Tea

Lunches:
T: 1/2 cup Chicken and dumpling soup
W: 1/2 AB chicken breast
Th: chicken and pasta pesto
F: Applebee’s 1 chicken wonton taco, 1 french dip slider, french onion soup, Cherry Limeaide.
S: McDonalds 2 crispy chicken ranch wraps and small frappe mocha
S: Smoked salmons and bread with cream cheese
M: steak and steamed cabbage and 1/2 baked potato

Afternoon Snacks:
T: Peanut butter and honey on wheat bread
W: None
Th: Peanut butter and honey on wheat toast
F:None
S:None
S:None
M: None

Dinners:
T: chicken and pasta with pesto, onions, yellow peppers and green beans
W: 1/2 steak with 1/2 potatoe and steamed cabbage
Th: Carne Asada with brown rice
F: Cheese Raviolli in Sausage tomato sauce
S: Mac&cheese, cheese dog on a bun, smoked brisket sliced apple. 3 mini-cupcakes. 1 oatmeal cookie
S: 2 fried cheese stick, 1 bonelese buffalo wing, 1 mini-burger, Chili’s steak/chicken fajita (ate too much)
M: Yammy Sushi Island roll and Oregon roll and 1/2 miso soup (too salty)

This week I: – Lost 0 lbs.
