Anyway. I&#8217;ll save y&#8217;all from having to ask.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m 6 weeks + 2 day out from Bariatric Sleeve surgery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><\/a>NSAIDs are glorious. I started back on diclofenac on Friday night. It made the event on Saturday much more bearable. Sadly I think my hip has actually gotten worse than it was before my bariatric surgery. Regardless, the NSAIDs dropped my hip from a constant 5-6 down to a 2-3. It&#8217;s a welcome change though I&#8217;d love to drop that down to a 0 (hahaha.. like there are people in the world my age that experience life at a pain level of zero.. go ahead, pull the other one).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So far I&#8217;m down 25 lbs from my surgery date. This week was mostly a stall. I blame eating out a couple of times and Easter candy. Post-WLS I can eat about 3 chocolate candies before they start making me sick to my stomach.. so I&#8217;m not exactly gorging on Easter candies.. but 1 is more than I should be having.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Early in the week I had my 5 week virtual follow-up with the bariatric program.
