Also on the plus side.. I ended every meal having eaten only about 2/3 of what I expected to eat.. and stuffed full to the painful point. On the minus side.. there was a lot of chocolate.. and seriously.. you’d think after the second or third meal that I’d get the point and stop eating before I got stuffed. I think I could have done a lot better.

What I learned: It’s ok to eat out.. it’s even ok to go out of town.. but I need to take a tighter grip on my “I’m on vacation” mentality and say “no” to candies and chocolates. Honestly I think that was my biggest downfall.

Tuesday and Wednesday I had training at work (and had no leftovers at home) so I bought lunch out. Tuesday night I went to Etaine’s for sewing night (no dinner).

Thursday we left for Anaheim and got home late Sunday night.

I also noticed that I became constipated and a lot less regular.. I’m happy to be back to “real” food.

Breakfasts:
T: 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1/4 cup grapenuts, Bigelow Earl Gray tea, multi-vitamin, 1 Tbsp fish oil
W: 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1/4 cup grapenuts, Bigelow Earl Gray tea, multi-vitamin, 1 Tbsp fish oil
Th: McDonalds Frappe Mocha, Bacon, Egg and Cheese biscuit
F: Fried Ham steak on english muffin with oatmeal with fresh fruit (the fruit and ham were good.. the oatmeal was nasty)
S: Bagle thins with cream cheese and thin beef slices
S: None (we missed breakfast)
M: 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1/4 cup grapenuts, multi-vitamin,

Lunches:
T: Dried beef sandwich
W: Roast Beef sandwich with tomato
Th: Coco’s Lobster croissant (set off an allergic reaction)
F: Really bad chicken skewers (only ate a bit of it)
S: 25th degree hamburger (2/3 eaten) with sweet potato fries and a strawberry malt
S: Lucille’s BBQ meats with sweet potato fries and a share of a small banana pudding
M: Leftover fettuccine alfredo

Afternoon Snacks:
T: None
W: None
Th: None
F: 5/6 toffee caramel apple and 1 chocolate covered strawberry and a bite of chocolate peanut butter cup (the apple and the strawberry were great.
