I took the picture on Friday but then we went out of town.  So here it is.<\/p>\n<p>Friday: 289.8<br \/>\nBeginning: 296.0<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s a 6.2 lb loss overall since the contest started.  Our trip to Blizzcon really slowed me down.
