Oof. So that’s, um. 1 lb lost. Yeah for small victories. I’m slacking and I need to stop slacking. ESPECIALLY with heading into the holidays. I was on track for the month and then threw a monkey wrench in it with our trip to BlizzCon. That said, I’m currently down 26.8 lbs since I started in August.

Goal: Cook at least 1 new recipe a week.
Outcome: Close.. but not quite. I didn’t cook very much the week we went to BlizzCon but other than that I cooked a new recipe each week. The Lentil soup is now one of my favorites.. and Fearghus has asked for us to have the Chicken and Dumplings again. So I view this as a win.

Goal: Get rid of Nutrisystem food.
Outcome: DONE! I posted the boxes on Craigs list and gave them away. Bonus, the gal who picked them up actually paid me $20 (which isn’t nearly how much -I- paid for them.. but at this point I’m just happy to have them out of my house).

Goal: Start Ab-Divas 50/50 and do it daily.
Outcome: Not so much. Still want to do this. I have a feeling this will go on my “since daylight savings is giving me a bonus hour in the morning” list.

SMART goals are specific, measurable, actionable, realistic and time-sensative.

November Goals:
Lose 10 lbs. Even though I flubbed it up on October, 10 seems to be a good number. I’ll stick with that this month.
Cook at least 1 new recipe a week. Again, good thing to strive for.
Start Ab-Divas 50/50 and do it daily. . JUST DO EEET!!
Do 30 minutes of Wii Fit everymorning. November is slated to be the month where I add exercise to the mix. In theory, after three months of doing it I have my eating well in hand and it’s high time to start moving more.

October Achievements: Goal: Lose 10 lbs.
