It was good.. but I think next time I’ll do 50/50 ground pork/ground beef. I’m utterly shocked to be able to say I’m down 4 lbs. I ate what I wanted for T-day.. and after T-day I know I had way too much pie.. and still, despite weeks of plateau, I’m down. Let me just say.. YEAH!

I’m also in week three of the ick. I -think- it’s getting better.. but as soon as I think that it gets worse. All the test came back essentially negative.. so I’m just waiting for it to go away.

I need to focus on menu planning. I’m fallling back into deciding on dinner about 30 minutes before dinner.. and since most everything is frozen it’s starting to frustrate me.

I’m still really enjoying the Kinect excersizes. I caught myself this morning thinking “this is way to easy” and then about 2 minutes after that I realized I was sweating and my legs were shaking.

So.. yeah for progress.

Breakfasts:
T: 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, 1/4 cup grapenuts, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 Tbsp fish oil, 1 multi-vitamin, 16 oz Raspberry Royale Tea
W: 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1/4 cup grapenuts, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 Tbsp fish oil, 1 multi-vitamin, 16 oz Raspberry Royale Tea
Th: None
F: Biscuits and Gravy
S: Biscuits and Gravy
S: Lightly breaded Venison with scrambled eggs and potato
M: 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1/4 cup grapenuts, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 Tbsp fish oil, 1 multi-vitamin, 16 oz Raspberry Royale Tea

Lunches:
T: Chicken, Lentil and rice soup
W: Chicken, Lentil and rice soup
Th: McDonalds, 2 crispy chicken ranch wraps and a small mocha frappe
F: Frog eye salad
S: None
S: None
M: Chicken and Lentil soup

Afternoon Snacks:
None

Dinners:
T:
W: Bow tie pasta with ground pork ragu and wheat bread
Th: Turkey, stuffing, ham, banana pudding, frog eye salad
F: BBQ Turkey, stuffing, mashed potato, white bread, frog eye salad
S: Turkey and dumplings and pie
S: Hanky Panky mix
M: 2 slices Beef/Chicken Pot Pie

This week I: – Lost 4 lbs.
