I’m at 10/100, 10% done. I didn’t do Kinect nearly as much as I should. I’m slacking on that and will pick it up again tomorrow. The cold really kicked my butt and sapped my energy. It also made me long for soups.. and we’ve had two different versions of potato soup and yet another batch of chicken and dumplings. F has said enough with the soups and demands variety. Sadly it’s winter and all I can think of is soups. Regardless, I’ll come up with options.

My weight is bouncing around and usually ends up back where I started. I think I need to menu plan better so that I end up with less “quick let’s eat something” meals and more well thought out good-for-you meals.

Need to make this next week:
– Venison Pot pie (using up venison and gravy with penne left overs)
– Quiche (using up the last pie shell and cubed ham)
– Something with Chicken (I have LOTS of chicken in the freezer)
– Hamburgers (have leftover hamburger buns)
– I keep buying red peppers to make stuffed peppers and then not making stuffed peppers.. need to do that.
– Steak or porkchops

Breakfasts:
T: Chatz yogurt and fruit cup, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 Tbsp fish oil, 1 multi-vitamin, 16 oz Good Earth original tea
W: 1/4 cup yogurt with 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1/4 cup grapenuts, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 Tbsp fish oil, 1 multi-vitamin, 16 oz Good Earth original tea
Th: 1/4 cup yogurt with 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1/4 cup grapenuts, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 Tbsp fish oil, 1 multi-vitamin, 16 oz Good Earth original tea
F: Cream of Wheat
S: 1 soft boiled egg on 2 pieces of toast
S:
M: 1 soft boiled egg on 2 pieces of toast

Lunches:
T: Roasted Garlic and Potato Soup
W: Chicken and Dumpling Soup
Th: Chicken and Dumpling Soup
F:
S: Cafe Soliel: Blue Cheese hamburger with fresh fruit
S:
M: Applebee’s: French onion soup and oriental chicken salad

Afternoon Snacks:
T: Apple
W: None
Th:

Dinners:
T: Chicken and peso over cheese ravioli
W: Paella Soup (MMMM)
Th: Pizza (boo hiss… it was nasty and greasy.
