It&#8217;s a nibble here and a scootch there.  Most of the nibbles and scootches are forms of carbs.  From pasta to rice to bread.  I need to cut them out and pump up the veggies.  So I&#8217;m going to strive for a week to totally within bounds.   Let&#8217;s see how that goes.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday we took off and went for a nice long walk (with the dogs) at the nature park up the road.
