I lost control of my eating on Saturday/Sunday. Two days of pizza. Ugh. I should have just said no. I need to buy oodles and oodles of fresh veggies and just be OK with them rotting in my fridge. It’s better to have veggies on hand that -may- rot than to not have veggies on hand and end up ordering delivery food because nothing from the freezer sounds good.

So anyway I listed veggies to keep on hand. My goal is to make sure I get that EVERY week. This will give me flexibility in what I make for meals.

Also, the grocery store stopped carrying the yogurt I like. I’m super bummed about this and will try searching other grocery stores. As a last resort I’m thinking about making my own yogurt. I’m just worried that the effort will outweigh the benefits. *sigh*

In other news, first week with the treadmill was GREAT. I’m absolutely loving it. Additionally I started the first day of C25K on Monday. I didn’t die.. so I’ll keep doing it.

Categorization of owies: (for my records)
– 0-2/10 lower left-side of back. aches and stiff but doesn’t hurt until I try and move through it. I think I figured out that this might be lingering soreness from when I got tossed from a horse last year. If it’s still achy at the end of Feb I’ll setup an appointment to see a chiropractor.
– 2-5/10 Feet hurt. Especially right heel. Stretches seem to be helping this. I’m being very careful to stretch this before I treadmill.. and in the evening, when I leave work this seems to stretch out by the time I get to BART.
– 4/10 Right outer ankle. Bone below ankle is sore to the touch and aches when I walk. This is still sore.. but I think it’s getting better.
– 2/10 Right outer calf. While I’m running on the treadmill this starts to ached. Teh Intarwebz suggests I need to stretch better before running.

Breakfasts:
T: 1/2 cup yogurt with 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1/8 cup grapenuts, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 Tbsp fish oil, 1 multi-vitamin, Work Machine Coffee
W: 7/8 cup pin oats with 1/4 cup dried cranberries, honey, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 Tbsp fish oil, 1 multi-vitamin, Work Machine Coffee
Th: 1/2 cup yogurt with 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1/8 cup grapenuts, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 Tbsp fish oil, 1 multi-vitamin, Work Machine Coffee
F: 1/2 cup yogurt(yobaby vanilla is icky) with 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1/8 cup grapenuts, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 Tbsp fish oil, 1 multi-vitamin, Work Machine Coffee
S: McDonalds: Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit and potatoe thingy and Frappe Mocha
S: 2 slices toast with peanut butter and jelly
M: 1/2 cup yogurt(yobaby vanilla is icky) with 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1/8 cup grapenuts, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 Tbsp fish oil, 1 multi-vitamin, Work Machine Coffee

Lunches:
T: Lentil Stew
W: Mehfil’s Indian Chicken Tikkah Masala and Saag Aloo
Th: Lentil Stew
F: Chilli with brown rice
S: Turkey and blue cheese sandwich and dried apples
S: Chilli with brown rice and grilled cheese sandwich
M: Quizno’s: Beef Hammie with blue cheese and baked lays chips with honey mustard

Afternoon Snacks:
T: None
W:None
Th: None
F: None
S: None
S: None
M:

Dinners:
T: Lentil Stew
W: Lentil Stew
Th: Chilli with kidney beans and brown rice
F: Bacon and chard fritatta
S: 2 slices pizza and cheese/crackers and nuts/m&ms
S: Pizza Hut: 2 pizza rollups and 1/2 P-Zone (way too much, and the pzone was grody)
M: Grilled BBQ pork ribs with salad

This week I: – Gained 1 lb (285.0) (Boo Pizza) – Drank all my water everyday(66oz/day). – Didn’t go to the farmer’s market(busy in meetings). – New recipe this week: Chilli with kidney beans and brown rice I still need to: – Finish cleaning out the fridge(srsly.. need to just do this) – Clean the […]

[91

post-583","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-progress
["GET
