That’s a loss of 8.8 lbs for the month. It’s not quite 10 lbs.. but I’ll take it and count it as a win. At the moment I’m down 41.8 lbs since I started in August 2010.

Goal: Cook at least 1 new recipe a week.
Outcome: I know a cooked a lot of new things this month.. but I failed to document all the new recipes and I can’t definitively state that I had a new recipe each week. Must work on this. Of the ones I did document, most of them were good. New recipes this month: Ground Beef and Barley stew (win), Clean Beef Stroganoff (meh, not bad but not fantastic), Breakfast bites (win), Spicy Oven Fried Chicken (win), clean Mac&Cheese (win.. but overate it).

Goal: Continue with Ab-Divas */100 and do it daily. Keep doing it.
Outcome: As of this morning I’m at 59/100. I started doing Planks.. and found they’re a GREAT stretch for my right foot (the one that has the symptoms of plantar’s fasciitis).

Goal: Do either treadmill or Kinect workout every work-day morning.
Outcome: Since getting the treadmill I haven’t gotten back to the Kinect. I =have= been doing the treadmill almost every morning though. At the moment there are still boxes in the way in the living room. I hope to have those cleared out of the way by this weekend. I’d still like to alternate the Kinect workout with the treadmill.

Goal: Stick to C25K. I should be able to complete week 4 by the end of the month.
Outcome: I’m still doing the C25K.. but I’m staying in week 3 until it feels easy. At least I’m doing it. I do feel accomplished in that it’s feeling easier to do it now than it was when I started.

Goal: Take the stairs at work at least once a day. (5th floor walk up)
Outcome: Every workday I take the stairs. I’m still out of breath when I get them done.. but I think I’m less out of breath now then when I started.

Goal: Go to bed by NO later than 11:30pm. I need to stop dragging at the end of the day. It’s just too draining. To do that I need more sleep.. and since my mornings are spoken for I need to reign in my evenings.
Outcome: WIN! Although there were a few days when I was late to bed, for the most part I’ve gotten my sleep schedule back in hand. I’m rarely dragging through the day.

Goal: Clean the kitchen floor and fridge.
Outcome: Fail. I tried to pull the fridge out when Fearghus was out of town, but it’s just too heavy for me to move. Without pulling the fridge out I can’t pull the drawers out and clean under them. On the floor.. yeah.. I just didn’t do it. Still on them radar though. I did clean out under the sink and got the new Compost bin setup. That’s got to count for something.

March Goals:

Lose 10 lbs. I like 10.
