That’s a loss of 5 lbs for the month. Again it’s not 10 lbs.. but I’ll take it and count it as a win. At the moment I’m down 50.4 lbs since I started in August 2010.

Goal: Cook at least 1 new recipe a week.
Outcome: I totally nailed this goal this month. New recipes this month: Chicken Amondine(win), Chicken Coconut Curry (win), Parmesan Crusted Steak (win), Fennel and Shallots with Pesto (win), Chocolate Granola (win but needs tinkering).

Goal: Continue with Ab-Divas */100 and do it daily. Keep doing it.
Outcome: I finished Ab Divas. I think I’m going to start it again.

Goal: Do either treadmill or Kinect workout every work-day morning.
Outcome: I’ve been doing the treadmill almost every morning. Meh. I must have some mental block about completing this.

Goal: Sew 1 new thing.
Outcome: Total win. I knocked it out of the park this month.

Goal: Read 1 book.
Outcome: Finished “Plan-D: The Amazing Anti-Diet That Will Change Your Life Forever”. It was not great and my life is not changed forever. I was terribly underwhelmed by this book. The books premise is that ony by elminating sugar and gluten you can live a healthy life. I appreciate the sentiment.. but aside from vague assurances that it was “good for me” and a bunch of mumbo-jumbo metaphysical crap.. it really had no basis.
