Last night while chatting with the fiance about the CrazyStupid Diet he expressed a lot of concern about injections (and when I say a “lot of concern” I’m really understating it). So slight change of plans. On Saturday a friend of ours who is a surgeon is going to come by and show me exactly how to do the injections and stay safe. So I won’t start the injections until after I meet with him.<\/p>\n
Physically:<\/strong> My blood tests from yesterday came back and I’m still not diabetic or at least I’m still slightly below the cut-off point. I got a 94 and 99 is the cut off. Last time I did the test I was at a 95.. so yeah for scoring better. My white blood counts are all back to normal levels. Well all of them except for the one that is a marker for “allergens”.. Yeah.. I’m still allergic to my cat.. and I still continue to (mostly) ignore it. I’m also immune to Rubella.. for whatever that’s worth. Not sure about iron.. I didn’t see a test that seemed pertinent to my iron levels.. I guess I’ll wait until I chat with the doctor.<\/p>\n Last night my left shoulder started aching like a stiff neck. It’s mostly better this morning but still sore. Yesterday while eating I bit down on something on top of the crown I got on Monday.. and it hurt.. then last night I noticed that new crown was cold sensitive. I’ve called the dentist about it and he advised I should take Advil for the next few days and call him if it’s still sensitive. My SI-Joint still aches.. but mostly that pain was eclipsed by the sore neck.<\/p>\n Wow.. don’t I just sound like a bitchy falling-apart mess. \nThis morning my scale said 292.8 (it also said 292.0.. but it only said that once.. and my scale is remarkably fickle when it comes to showing weight). That’s a loss of 1.2 lbs. I’m pre-hCG.. so I’m going to attribute this to losing the lbs gained from the triple B this last weekend. I think my current set-point is at about 288.<\/p>\n
