I’m totally stealing Stacey’s format. Yoink.<\/p>\n

I woke up with a headache. A head splitting “I’m going to die” migraine type headache coupled with scratchy, itchy eyes. I thought about not starting the injections but decided I was being a wuss. I got up, showered, took two Advil, a vitamin, a claratin and an injection. After all the hype the shot itself was almost a let down. Not terribly difficult.<\/p>\n

Throughout the day I noticed that I felt sort of giddy\/anxious. I don’t know whether to attribute that to the HCG, the Advil, the Claratin or the built up anxiety from having to take a shot. Regardless that feeling tapered off in the evening.<\/p>\n

What I ate:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Seriously, what didn’t I eat? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Breakfast: Pecan waffles with 2 scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of bacon and 2 cups of coffee with cream and sugar.
\nLunch: 1 oz of Dubliner with 1 serving of multi-grain crackers and a handful of dried dates
\nDinner: Beef with Balsamic vinegar and Southwest Chicken Skewer from Asqew Grill<\/a> over couscous with Mac&cheese
\nSnack: a chocolate brownie and a glass of milk<\/p>\n

Water count: 57 oz<\/p>\n
